In this class we’ll break down everything you need to know in order to build your wholesaling business. We’ll show how to find Motivated Sellers, how to talk to these motivated sellers and execute a purchase contract. You will also learn how to find Cash Buyers for your properties and execute an assignment contract to ensure you lock in your assignment fee. After this class you will have a full understanding of the wholesaling process and how to build a profitable wholesale business and close a deal from start to finish. Fix & Flip Bus Tour and Training

Join us for a full day of in– and out-of-classroom experiences to learn the basics of fix and flipping. This is a hands-on experience to help you actually see the process in-person! If you’ve ever considered fix and flipping, or perhaps you want to advance your flipping skills, this is the event for you! Tracy Royce’s fix and flip experience gives her the ability to share flipping wisdom that can save you time and money on your own fix and flip investments. Don’t miss this chance to learn from the pro! We will physically tour (walk-through) and analyze 2-3 properties in the Greater Phoenix Metro Area from a Fix & Flip Perspective. Then, we will head back to the AZREIA Offices for lunch and in-classroom follow-up and training.
Subgroup Meetings
Subgroup Meetings are specific, strategy-based smaller group meetings in areas such as beginning investors, rental/income producing property, fix and flip, wholesaling, notes, and more. Subgroup meetings are where you network, exchange information, discuss current trends, and help each other solve problems.
